Do you have experienced any major miss-use of the Scaled Agile Framework and found that it feels like a traditional waterfall?
I have some mess-up examples:
- PI Planning is a 10 weeks waterfall plan
- hierarchy from strategy, to portfolio, to program, to team responsibility
- IP Sprint for System test and Quality
- during 10 weeks iterations, run waterfall process with set Q gates
- Only implement methods, do not align organization and mindset
- take SAFe as a blue print and do not learn & adapt
